Armed with his Viewfinder and erroneous idea that mosquitoes are endangered species, he arrives on Earth with Dr. Jumba Jookiba to capture Stitch. When the plan fails, he is banished to Earth forever.
On Earth, it's just the beginning.
The most curious thing about Pleakley is his Earth disguise -- he's a woman! He also rushes about, and is slightly clumsy, but he has this quality to him that shows he's always trying. Yeah, he might be annoying at times... But who can grow a Pi-Normous? Or make it onto Look at This for his juggling skills? Or be a Christmas tree?
